Detailed methodology
Year-to-date total published directly by the Office des Changes in its IMEE releases. Merchandise imports are valued CIF (cost, insurance and freight). Services are explicitly excluded. The period runs from January 1 through the end of the reference month. Each official release is retained as a distinct vintage without silent overwriting.
